Next, lie back and immerse yourself in a deeply relaxing sound bath, where the harmonious vibrations of crystal bowls, chimes, native American flute, drums and other instruments will wash over you, promoting deep relaxation and healing, all while receiving Reiki healing energy.

How to Prepare: Please drink plenty of water before the event and dress comfortably in layers. We encourage you to refrain from eating for two hours before the event or eat lighter if needed. We will provide a yoga mat and blanket, and we invite you to bring water, a pillow and anything else you may need to ensure you feel completely relaxed and comfortable during the event as you will be laying down for over an hour. In this course, you will learn about the concept of universal life force energy, the chakras and the history of Reiki. You will receive the Reiki I Attunement to help increase the flow of this universal life force energy. After the Attunement, you will learn hand positions for treating yourself and others. You will also practice giving and receiving Reiki. Upon completion, each student will receive a Usui Reiki I Manual and Certificate.

Bring your child to an enchanting world of sound and healing at our Sound Healing Class designed specifically for kids aged 5 to 10. This fun and interactive session is aimed at helping children explore the wonderful world of sound, music, and relaxation.
What to Expect:
Interactive Sound Exploration: Kids will have the chance to play with a variety of instruments such as Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, rattles, drums and their own voice. This hands-on experience will help them understand how different sounds are made and how they can influence our feelings and emotions.
Creative Expression: Children will be encouraged to express themselves through sound and movement, fostering creativity and self-awareness. This segment includes fun activities like sound games and group music-making.
Guided Sound Meditation: Our experienced instructor will lead the children through a gentle and engaging sound meditation. This part of the session will help kids learn how to relax their minds and bodies using the soothing sounds of the instruments.
How to Prepare: wear comfortable clothing, a bottle of water, and an open mind ready for exploration, relaxation and fun!
