I started sound healing with Kendra because of my Achilles tendonitis. They were so tight that my doctor recommended shockwave therapy, but it was very expensive. After hearing positive things about Kendra and sound healing from my sister, I decided to try it, but went in as a skeptic. After the first visit I was a fan! "I was truly astonished at the end of the sound healing with Kendra. I was completely left speechless. I thought I knew what I was walking into at the beginning of the session but it turned out I could have never have imagined how powerful and transformative the experience was going to be. It's hard to explain, but it feels as if the sounds are actually originating inside your heart, being rung from within your core which then extend outward through your body. Something that can only be understood through experience. Walking into her class that day, I wasn't even in a particularly spiritual mood and the session placed me in a trance state with vivid and wonderful visions I couldn't have imagined or asked for. Healing happened, molecules changed, brain states were risen, and for hours after the session I felt like I was on a different plane of existence, perceiving and experiencing the world around me from some sort of different perspective.
